Registration - Registration Fee

  Accompanying person's fee is 120 € and includes welcome reception, admittance to scientific sessions, lunches and refreshments, night tour of Rome (1 April 2009), and social dinner.    
 
  Reduced fees for students
  Students and younger scientists can apply for student reduced fees by sending an e-mail to the symposium chair. This e-mail should include a letter of recommendation from the responsible supervisor and an abstract of the work to be presented.
 
  Grants for scientists from developing countries
  Researchers from developing countries can apply for a grant to get a reduction on the registration fee by sending an e-mail to the symposium chair. This e-mail should include a cover letter and an abstract of the work to be presented.

  Payment information can be found in the registration form.
 
  Cancellation policy
  Cancellations received before 15th January 2009 will be subject to an administrative charge of 25% of the sum received. No refunds for cancellation received after 15th January 2009 will be made. Substitutions by another participant can be made at any time.
