Conference dinner |
|
|
An unforgettable 4-course gala dinner in the exclusive setting of the eternal city at the first warmth of spring will be offered to all attendees and accompanying persons in the evening of 2 April 2009. The conference dinner will take place at Terrazza Caffarelli (Piazza Caffarelli 4), on the Capitol, at 8.00 p.m. The place is part of the Capitoline Museums, which give onto the Michelangelo's Piazza del Campidoglio. From the terrace, right on the top of the Capitoline Hill, one of the most famous and magnificent view of Rome can be enjoyed. |

Participation to the social dinner is possible until tickets are available. After 28 February 2009 seats are not guaranteed and will be subject to an extra-payment of 30 €. |

Rome sightseeing |
|
|
A night tour of Rome for all participants is planned for 1 April 2009. Coaches will leave from the ISS main entrance (Viale Regina Elena 299) at 8.30 p.m. On the way back, coaches will stop at Termini Station (buses, metro), ISS main entrance (Globus Hotel), and at Piazza Bologna (other hotels). Seats are limited and will be reserved on a ‘first-come, first-served basis’.

A rich programme of excursions for accompanying persons will be offered at special rates for the whole duration of the symposium. Tours will take place depending on demand expressed during the registration process. |
